earth. Dense, concentrated berry, pepper and tobacco on the palate,
with generous tannins that linger, finishing with an earthy fruit.Red
meat, lamb chops, or venison, grilled meats, sharp cheeses.

with berry aromas. Subtle woodsy palate at the front, tangy berry,
middle, finishing in a burst of robust tannins. Young, yet mellow.
Built for aging, will cellar well into 2000. Try with same foods
as Chambourcin. |

Semi-sweet 50% Chambourin
50% Seyval
Aroma of cherries, delicate and fruity.
Palate is very cherry with slight smokey character. Good lingering
finish. Should go nicely with ham smoked turkey and grilled
pork.

Nose of dark berries, cedar and fresh mushrooms. Lush black cherry
balanced by a good amount of acidity. A nice, medium bodied

Dulce Russo Sweet
Red Chambourcin
Nose of blackberries, smoke with a hint of mushroom. It has
a soft, full mouth feel with blackberry, cherry, and tart apples.
Clean, slightly drying finish, Should go well with quail, cornish
hens with berry sauce made with Dulce Russo and steak. Great
with pasta!

White from Drake Vineyards.
Nose of peaches, anise, vanilla,
and honey. On the palate lush, lightly sweet tastes of honey,
peaches and apricot with a hint of nutmeg and anise. A crisp
lingering finish. Try it with mild cheese, brie, and toasted
almonds or biscotti. Dine with fish, chicken or pasta with
cream sauces.. |

Fruity overtones, tastes of peach and
cherry with a lot of residual sweetness. A good wine for afternoon
or evening. Bouquet is reminiscent of flowers and persimmons.

Fruity aromas of apricots and pears with a hint of Passion
fruit. Delightfully light taste of honeysuckle and fruits. The
